Standard Delivery:

For orders up to 1.9kg, the shipping cost is £3.5.

For orders weighing between 1.9kg to 9.9kg, the shipping cost is £6.99.

For orders weighing between 9.9kg to 19.9kg, the shipping cost is £10.99.

For orders weighing 19.9kg and over, the shipping cost is £15.99.

Any order over £75 qualifies for free standard delivery.
Next Day Delivery:

For orders up to 25kg, the shipping cost is £9.99.

For orders weighing 25kg and over, the shipping cost is £19.99.

Any order over £75 qualifies for free next day delivery.
Local Collection:

Free local collection is available from Unit A12 Houghton Business Centre, Lake Road, DH5 8BJ.

You will need to provide your order number for collection.

Our opening times are Mon-Fri 8.30-2.30, Sat 9.00-12.00.

Orders received outside of those hours will be available for collection on the next business day.
Please note that we only ship within the UK and that all deliveries require a signature from someone over 18 years of age. We use a reputable courier service to ensure that your wine arrives safely and in good condition. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed of its progress. Return & Exchange Policy
Our company offers a 14-day return policy for all unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Our team will provide you with a returns label, at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be incurred by you, and we do ask that you ensure the items are properly packaged to prevent any damages during transit.
All products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Any returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or exchange. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
