Not sure how i review yeast unless i eat it, I am clueless about the different types to be fair! - just have to go off the overall effect in the barrel which was a success :D... It's been a long time since I dabbled in home brewing and messed up the initial mix somehow, but was recommended this yeast to use by the owner and yeah .. did the job fantastically!
