- A Carboy & Bored Bung / Secondary Fermenter with a minimum capacity of 6 gallons (23L) for secondary fermentation and clarification.
- Mixing Spoon, Hydrometer, and Thermometer for mixing and monitoring the fermentation process.
- A Syphon for transferring the wine without disturbing any sediment.
- Cleaner & Steriliser to ensure all equipment is hygienic and ready for use.
- Sugar: 4 kg of granulated sugar or 4.4 kg of brewing sugar is required for fermentation.
- Bottling Supplies: 30 x 750 ml wine bottles, 30 corks, and a corker or screw caps to seal your bottles securely.
