- A Carboy & Bored Bung / Secondary Fermenter with a capacity of at least 6 gallons (23L) for secondary fermentation and clarification.
- Mixing Spoon, Hydrometer, and Thermometer for accurate preparation and monitoring of the wine.
- A Syphon for transferring the wine without disturbing the sediment.
- Cleaner & Steriliser to ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use.
- Sugar: 3 kg of granulated sugar or 3.3 kg of brewing sugar for fermentation.
- Bottling Supplies: 30 x 750 ml wine bottles, 30 corks, and a corker or screw caps for sealing the wine.
