  • A 30L Fermenter for the initial fermentation stage.
  • Airlock & Grommet to allow gases to escape without letting air in, maintaining a controlled fermentation environment.
  • A Carboy & Bored Bung / Secondary Fermenter with at least a 6-gallon (23L) capacity for secondary fermentation and clarification.
  • Mixing Spoon, Hydrometer, and Thermometer for accurate preparation and monitoring.
  • A Syphon for transferring the wine while avoiding sediment.
  • Cleaner & Steriliser to keep all equipment sanitary and ready for use.
  • Sugar: 4 kg of granulated sugar or 4.4 kg of brewing sugar for the fermentation process.
  • Bottling Supplies: 30 x 750 ml wine bottles, 30 corks, and a corker or screw caps for sealing your wine.

  1. Sanitisation: Thoroughly clean and sanitise all equipment before starting to ensure a pure winemaking process.
